Budgy is provided for personal financial tracking and budgeting purposes only. You agree to use Budgy in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Budgy is a budgeting and personal tracking tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and should consult a qualified professional when needed.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Apple ID, and iCloud account. Budgy stores your data locally on your device and, if iCloud Sync is enabled by you, in your personal iCloud account.
If you import, export, share, or back up data using Budgy, you are responsible for reviewing that data and keeping exported files secure.
Budgy may offer receipt scanning, photo import, CSV import, backup import, and similar tools to help enter or organize transactions. These features may not always read or classify information perfectly. You are responsible for reviewing imported or scanned information before relying on it.
Budgy may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases, including Budgy Pro monthly and yearly plans. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Budgy at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Budgy after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Budgy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Budgy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its calculations, imports, scans, projections, or summaries will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budgy and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, savings, or financial opportunity arising from your use of the app.
Your use of Budgy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
