Budgy is provided for personal financial tracking and budgeting purposes only. You agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account. Budgy stores your data locally on your device and, if enabled by you, in your personal iCloud account.
Budgy may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and other in-app purchases. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Budgy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information presented in the app.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Budgy after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
